(If you’re looking for a few team building exercises as a “quick fix” this approach isn’t for you). 

The coach will guide and facilitate team conversations and experiences that widen three core areas of awareness that include: who you are as a team (values), collective strengths and gaps, and team effectiveness. A by-product of this approach is real-time conversations to build mutual trust.

This experience was created to support the Directors and VP’s who report to the C-Suite. This offering helps leaders understand the gap between intention and impact. It allows the coach to work a layer down in the organization. While coaching across the c-suite, Lauren identifies themes that impact the next layer of leaders. The experience she delivers helps accelerate the enterprise impact being created through the coaching happening at the c-suite level. 

In this studio series, the coach will guide leaders through a process of gaining awareness of who they are and their current level of effectiveness. Leaders will assess their emotional intelligence, understand their potential leadership derailers, and identify two areas of focus to improve their level of leadership effectiveness, for enterprise level impact. To optimize this experience, executive coaching is recommended for ongoing + sustained growth.
